We would like to inform you that, effective Monday, October 19, 2026, there will be some changes to the “Pickup Request” service arranged by our members.
The acceptance hours will be extended, making the service even more convenient for you.

- Extended Acceptance Hours for Next-Day Pickup
The cutoff time for requests for next-day pickup has been extended.
・(Before the change) Until 5:00 PM
・(After change) Until 10:00 PM - Changes to Preferred Pickup Time Slots
The available time slots for your preferred pickup time have changed. Please check the selection screen when placing your request for details.
■ How to Use
There are no changes to the process for requesting a pickup. You can continue to submit requests via the “Listing Registration • Invoice” website as before.
