The auctions take place in Japan and operate on Japan Standard Time (JST).
For the convenience of our overseas members, all auction times below are shown in Eastern Time (ET), converted from JST.

On-site previews are conducted in Japan and are available by appointment only.

Invoice Information

Estimated Invoice Issuance Timing

Invoices are typically issued two days after the auction ends, usually by Thursday night (ET).

How to Access Your Invoice

Invoices will be available for download on the “Exhibitor Registration and Settlement from Website” page.
Please log in and navigate to the “Invoice” section to download your document.

Important Note for iOS Users

If you are using iOS 18.4.1 or earlier, the invoice may not display correctly.
