About the Auction (Overview)

What kind of merchandise does KOMEHYO auction handle?

We handle four products: jewelry, watch, bags, and apparel.
In addition, jewelry are "branded jewelry", "unbranded jewelry", and "Diamond loose"
Bags are further divided into categories of "brand new" and "used" for "bags" and "accessories", respectively.

When do you hold auctions?

jewelry watch, bags will be held twice a month and apparel once a month.

Do you have any plans to hold a live auction (an auction held at the venue)?

Currently, KOMEHYO auctions are held in an online auction.We hold offline preview event while bidding period. No plans to hold a live auction.

What's the difference between offline preview and online preview?

For the actual basement inspection, you can come to the preliminary inspection site and check the products directly with your own eyes. In the online preview, you can check the product through the product information and detailed product photos posted on the screen of the online auction site.

What should I do if I want to participate in the actual offline preview?

Actual offline preview will be guided by "members only / reservation needed". For applications, please contact the KOMEHYO Auction Sales Department.

Do you check the authenticity of the products you sell?

はい。ご出品頂いている全ての商品は、「KOMEHYO」での豊富なバイヤー経験をもつ当社スタッフが、1品1品真贋確認を行っております。

Membership Registration and Fees

How long does it take from application to start?

If there are no deficiencies in the required documents and procedures, you can use it within 3 business days at the shortest after applying.

What are "administrative expenses"?(Japan Members only)

It will be a fee for administrative procedures when a transaction is completed at an auction.

Administrative fees will be a flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax not included) for each merchandise item.
Example: In case of sale of 8 items from jewelry and 3 items from watch
jewelry The administrative fee will be 2,000 yen (tax not included) for the transaction of 2 items of watch.

Are there any costs associated with canceling the contract?

There is no fee required for cancellation or withdrawal.

月会費は毎月何日に引き落としされますか？

毎月12日が、お引き落日となっております。（12日が土日祝の場合、翌平日となります）

システムについて

即決商品と通常のオークションは、両方参加できますか？

はい、どちらのオークションにも参加可能です。

When is the price determined?

即決価格が設定されている商品は即決価格以上で落札したタイミングで決定します。通常オークションの商品に関しては入札期間最終日の17：00に決定された価格が公開されます。保留となった商品は、翌日の保留交渉日に出品者様が売却するかを判断して価格が決定します。
