What is "Confirmed sold out"?

「売り切り」とは、最低落札価格の設定が無い商品です。ですので、「売り切り」商品は入札終了時点でトップ入札のお客様に落札が確定いたします。

①. 「現状」とはどういう意味ですか
A. お客様が落札後、故障や破損等の出品リストに記載のない瑕疵等があっても一切の交渉を受ける事ができない商品を表す用語です。
商品のコンディション等を入札者が各自責任の上で判断して、入札する必要があります。
真正品である事は保証しますが、万が一真正品で無い場合は交渉の対象になりますのでご安心ください。
当オークションの表記では「現状(可動)」・「現状(不動)」の2個が存在しますが、検品時点で動いていた物を可動、止まっていた物を不動としています。
落札者様のお手元に届いた時点での動作を保証するものではありません。予めご了承ください。

②. 「見た目」とはどういう意味ですか
A. 「ex.ダイヤ見た目」のように特定のパーツの後に続く用語です。
意味は、メーカー純正か否かの判断ができない場合に使います。
ですので、入札者が各自責任の上で判断して、入札する必要があります。
落札後メーカー純正パーツでない場合でも交渉の対象になりません。

③. 時計の精度保証はありますか
A. 時計の精度は保証対象外となります。精度に関する交渉もお受け致しかねますことご了承ください。

入札式オークションとはなんですか？

入札式オークションは、複数の会員様が希望する購入金額を入札し、最も高い金額を提示した会員様が落札権利を得る仕組みです。
入札期間中、他の会員様の入札金額は非公開で、入札開始価格のみが表示されます。入札終了時点での最高入札者が落札者となりますが、最終価格が最低落札価格（指値）に達していない場合は、落札が保留となる場合があります。

価格決定のルールを教えてください

オークションの価格は、以下のルールに基づいて決定されます：
入札価格の公開範囲：他の会員様の入札金額は非公開で、入札開始価格のみが表示されます。
落札権利：入札期間終了時に最も高い金額を入札した会員様が落札権利を得ます。
最終価格の決定方法：「2番手の入札金額 ＋ 最低上乗せ金額」となります。
最低落札価格（指値）：最終価格が最低落札価格に達していない場合、オークション終了後に【保留】となる場合があります。その場合、翌日に出品者様が落札の可否を判断します。

オークション終了後、最終入札価格を知ることはできますか？

はい、オークション終了後、対象商品の最終価格は商品ページで確認できます。※オークション終了日17:00〜翌日0:00まで

入札数の増加はわかりますか？

入札者増加通知機能により、入札者数が増加傾向にある場合にメールでお知らせが届きます。 この機能は、競争が激しい商品の落札を目指すバイヤー様にとって、非常に有用な機能となります。

Is it possible to bid in advance?

In order to realize fair auctions, KOMEHYO Auction only accepts bids during the "bidding period" and does not accept bids in advance. However, for some items that have an "instant buyout" price, bids can be accepted prior to the bidding period for regular items.

Until what time can I bid during the bidding period?

入札期間中は終日（早朝5時～7時を除く）行えます。

例外として、各大会の入札期間初日は7時から、最終日は17時まで入札が可能です。 ※時刻は日本標準時間（JST）です。

Can I cancel my bid?

入札期間中であれば入札のキャンセルは可能です。ただし、入札終了後または即決落札は入札のキャンセルできませんのでご注意下さい。

Can I take pictures of the exhibited products at the preview venue?

Only photography for confirmation purposes is permitted. It is strictly prohibited to take pictures for any other purpose, or to publish the taken data to an unspecified number of people, such as SNS.

Is it possible to get the image data of the successful bid item?

We do not provide photographed images of successful bid items.

Can I return the item that I won a bid on?

会員様都合のご返却はお受けで出来ません。
但し、掲載の商品情報(テキスト/画像)と商品の状態が著しく異なる場合は、該当商品の情報を下記お問合せ先へご連絡をお願い致します。

交渉・保留交渉について

交渉とは何ですか

交渉とは、商品落札後に発生する返品や値引きの総称となります。

What is pending negotiation?

入札期間終了時点で入札結果が最低落札価格（指値）未満だった場合、出品者が「成立（最高入札額で落札が確定する）」または「不成立（出品を取り下げ、落札にならない）」のいずれかを選択します。入札者と出品者で直接連絡をとっていただくことはなく、ポータルサイト上での出品者の操作のみで結果が決まります。

Can I renegotiate the successful bid price with the seller when the pending item is unsuccessful?

不成立金額がリクエスト対象であれば、リクエスト対象となります。

落札した商品の交渉に期限はありますか

jewelry will be for one month, and all other merchandise will be for up to two weeks from the day after auction ends.

リクエスト制度とはなんですか？

保留交渉の結果「不成立」となった商品に対して、落札者が出品社に対して一度のみ金額交渉することが出来る制度です。ただし受付時間は保留交渉日の15時までとなります。対象商品は宝石・時計・バッグが不成立金額は100,000円以上、アパレルが不成立金額50,000円以上となります。リクエストの上げ幅は、最低上乗せ価格以上の金額となります。

Can I search for brands that are not in the brand search?

Brands not listed in the brand search can be searched by selecting "Other" or by using the free word search.

Is there a way to sort the items?

You can use the sorting function to sort by product name, price, etc. You can also display in vertical order with the display switching function.

I want to reset the search conditions, what should I do?

After selecting search conditions, click "Reset all conditions" to reset.

I would like to check the items I have bid on, what should I do?

Please open the "Favorite/Bid List" page from My Page. You can also use the filtering function from the "Favorites" list to check.

I entered the wrong amount, what should I do?

入札締切前であれば、［マイページ］→［入札済みリスト］から再度入力してください。
オークション終了後の金額変更は受け付けておりません。

Top Bid What does that mean?

It indicates that your bid amount is the highest amount among the bidders.

What is "Confirmed sold out"?

Products for which the lowest bid price (limit price) is not set, and products whose current price is equal to or higher than the limit price. Items that are sold out will NOT be put on hold negotiations, and the successful bid by the member who made the top bid will be confirmed.

お気に入り登録していない商品も、入札すれば「入札済みリスト」に表示されますか？

はい、入札した商品は「入札済みリスト」に表示されます。

Other Q&A

Can it be used by multiple people in the company?

Yes, it can be used by multiple persons in charge. If you have administrator privileges on the general site for members, you can create a new user account. There is no additional membership fee or commission for person in charge registration.

価格表示は税抜きですか？

すべて税抜きでの表示となります。「精算書専用サイト」で発行される精算書では税抜き価格と消費税も併記しての表示となります。
