What is "Confirmed sold out"?

confirmed sold out" is an item with a current price of minimum bid price (limit price) or higher, or an item that does not have a minimum bid price setting. Therefore, the bid for the item "confirmed sold out" will be confirmed to the customer of Top Bid at the end of the bidding.

A. お客様が落札後、故障や破損等の出品リストに記載のない瑕疵等があっても一切の交渉を受ける事ができない商品を表す用語です。
商品のコンディション等を入札者が各自責任の上で判断して、入札する必要があります。
真正品である事は保証しますが、万が一真正品で無い場合は交渉の対象になりますのでご安心ください。
当オークションの表記では「現状(可動)」・「現状(不動)」の2個が存在しますが、検品時点で動いていた物を可動、止まっていた物を不動としています。
落札者様のお手元に届いた時点での動作を保証するものではありません。予めご了承ください。

②. 「見た目」とはどういう意味ですか
A. 「ex.ダイヤ見た目」のように特定のパーツの後に続く用語です。
意味は、メーカー純正か否かの判断ができない場合に使います。
ですので、入札者が各自責任の上で判断して、入札する必要があります。
落札後メーカー純正パーツでない場合でも交渉の対象になりません。

③. 時計の精度保証はありますか
A. 時計の精度は保証対象外となります。精度に関する交渉もお受け致しかねますことご了承ください。

Is it possible to bid in advance?

In order to realize fair auctions, KOMEHYO Auction only accepts bids during the "bidding period" and does not accept bids in advance. However, for some items that have an "instant buyout" price, bids can be accepted prior to the bidding period for regular items.

Until what time can I bid during the bidding period?

入札期間中は終日（早朝5時～7時を除く）行えます。

例外として、各大会の入札期間初日は7時から、最終日は17時まで入札が可能です。 入札延長中の商品は、入札の延長が続いている場合でも締切当日の23:59:00で入札が終了いたします。

Can I cancel my bid?

Please note that, in principle, once a bid has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. However, Top Bid parties may change their bids by submitting another bid with a different amount.

Can I take pictures of the exhibited products at the preview venue?

Only photography for confirmation purposes is permitted. It is strictly prohibited to take pictures for any other purpose, or to publish the taken data to an unspecified number of people, such as SNS.

Is it possible to get the image data of the successful bid item?

We do not provide photographed images of successful bid items.

Procedures after the auction

About payment for successful bid items

After the successful bid is confirmed, you will be able to download the invoice from the general site for members. It will be the flow to transfer according to it. As soon as payment is confirmed, we will ship within 1 business day at the shortest.

Transfer or cash payment only. Credit card payment is not supported.

When will the product be shipped?

After payment is confirmed, it will be shipped in a minimum of 1 business day.

Can I return the item that I won a bid on?

交渉とは何ですか

交渉とは、商品落札後に発生する返品や値引きの総称となります。

What is pending negotiation?

If, at the end of the bidding period, the amount bid by the Top Bid bidder is less than minimum bid price (the limit price), the seller will select either "approved" (the bid is confirmed at the highest bid amount) or "not approved" (the bid is withdrawn and the item is not sold). There is no direct contact between the bidder and the seller, and the result is determined solely by the seller's actions on the portal site.

Is it possible to negotiate the price with the winning bidder when the order is on hold?

Excuse me, but I cannot accept price negotiations after a successful bid is confirmed.

Can I renegotiate the successful bid price with the seller when the pending item is unsuccessful?

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept renegotiation of the winning bid amount for items that have been "unsuccessful" as a result of pending negotiations.

落札した商品の交渉に期限はありますか

Other Q&A

Can it be used by multiple people in the company?

Yes, it can be used by multiple persons in charge. If you have administrator privileges on the general site for members, you can create a new user account. There is no additional membership fee or commission for person in charge registration.

Does the price display exclude tax? tax included?

All prices are shown excluding tax. The tax-excluded price and consumption tax will be displayed together on the statement of accounts issued on the general site for members.
