Exhibitable Items
- What kind of products can be sold?

- jewelry: Branded Jewelry, Unbranded Jewelry, Diamond Loose

- Bags: bags, accessories, writing instruments, lighters
- Apparel:Apparel (including shoes, accessories and branded small goods)
- Are there any products that cannot be listed?

As a general rule, with the exception of generic jewelry and loose diamonds, multiple products cannot be listed under one branch number.

The following are examples of items that cannot be displayed at auction.
Common to all auctions: Ivory and ivory products. Glassware, ceramic products, branch coral, and other items requiring delicate handling.
jewelry Auction: Cartier with external processing such as plated products, synthetic diamonds and after diamonds
watch Auction: Cartier and ROLEX with external processing such as after-diamonds (may be exhibited if there are original parts as accessories)
Bag Auction: Opened perfumes, wine and other alcoholic beverages
Apparel Auction: Branded uniforms (uniforms), opened perfumes, wine and other alcoholic beverages

- Should I list my branded accessories in the bag auction or the Apparel auction?

Shoes are only available at Apparel auction. Other branded accessories can be listed in both the bag and Apparel auctions, but please contact us if you are unsure.
- Can I sell broken products?

You can sell it, but you need to fill in the details of the damage and the condition of the item. Please note that if there is a discrepancy between the information you have provided and the condition of the product, it may be subject to return or discount.
- Can I sell an immovable watch?

Please specify the condition of the stop in the product information. If the battery is replaced and the watch works, the description should be "Battery torn"; if the watch is mechanical or does not work even after battery replacement, the description should be "Not working".

You can exhibit the item, but depending on the condition of the item, we may change it to "unused item" or "used item" at our discretion.
- Is it possible to list multiple items together (combine multiple items as one item)?

We do not accept bulk sales, except for non-branded jewelry and diamond rhodium rhodium rhodium.
Collective listings of non-branded jewelry and diamond rings will be limited to a maximum of 5 items. We will not take photos or fill in product details for each individual item. Please refer to the Listing Rules for other details.
Listing registration
- Do I need a photo or shoot of the item I am listing?

No photography or photos are required to be provided by the seller. KOMEHYO Auction will take pictures of all the items you list. However, prior photography is required when using "Soku MONEY".
- Can I change the registration details of the product I am selling?

Please contact the KOMEHYO auction sales department. Please note that we may not be able to accept the change depending on the content of the change or the transaction status of the product.
- Is there a deadline for exhibiting registration?

The auction period varies depending on the auction you wish to list. Please check the "Schedule of Auctions" on the general site for members.
- Until what time can I register an item during the listing period?

We always accept items from 7:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. during the auction period. We also offer a free pickup service. The free pickup service is available until 17:00 on the day following the end of the auction period. Sagawa Express will pick up your items as soon as one business day after you register for this service. The pickup address can be entered in the address information in the member information, and the pickup address can be changed for each item.

- Can I cancel the listing?

It is possible to cancel the listing, but a cancellation fee will be charged. Once a bid has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

- What will be the shipping charges for the products?

We are not accepting products to exhibit from outside of japan at this moment. We will respond as soon as we are ready to launch.
Pricing system and Pricing
- What is the starting bid price (hokku)?
-
The starting bid price (hokku) is the starting amount that a buyer bids. You cannot bid with an amount less than the starting bid price.

After confirming the condition of the product and the latest market price, KOMEHYO Auction decides the starting price one by one.

We are sorry, but you cannot specify starting bid price.
- minimum bid price(What is (limit price)?

minimum bid price (limit price) is minimum bid price which can be set by the seller. If the highest bid does not reach minimum bid price as a result of the auction, the auction will not automatically close and the result will be put on hold. The seller will then decide whether the auction is successful or unsuccessful.

- Does the starting bid price (hokku) change depending on the lowest winning bid (limit price)?

- Can I change the minimum bid price (limit price) for an item for which bidding has started?

You cannot change the minimum winning bid for items that have already started bidding.
Procedures after the auction
- When will the proceeds of the successful bid be transferred?

The business day following the auction closing date.
- What happens if the item I put up for sale is unsuccessful (no successful bidder)?

The item will be returned to the seller and a no-bid fee will be charged. Unsuccessful bids and fees for unsuccessful bids can be viewed at Invoice on the members' portal site.
