Address information necessary for product shipment can be registered and managed on the portal site in advance. Note that editing is available only for the "Administrator account".
Basic Shipping Destination
At the time of initial registration, the corporate address registered at the time of enrollment is set as "Address 1" and this address will be used as the pickup and delivery address unless otherwise specified.
You can select the address for the pickup location of items for sale, the delivery address for returned items, and the delivery address for purchased items for each merchandise item.
However, if you change the address too close to the shipping date (2 to 3 days before shipping), the system may not be able to accommodate your request.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you make the change as soon as possible.
How to register and edit additional addresses
You can register an additional address, which you can select when requesting a pickup or shipping items.
You can register or change your address from "Member Information" in the left menu after you go to Sign in with your "Administrator Account".
In addition, up to 5 addresses can be registered for pickup and delivery (addresses ① to ⑤). Please register corporate-related addresses such as sales offices and branch offices.
Note: Please note the following when registering your address.
*Please enter your company's corporate address such as sales office, branch office, etc. in Addresses 2) to 5).
*Personal addresses cannot be registered.
*Enter alphanumeric characters in double-byte characters.
*Symbols and pictograms are not allowed.
*Addresses cannot be edited from the account of the person in charge.
*If you need to register more than 5 addresses, please contact the Auction Office.
