Once the product registration is completed, the next step is to arrange for the product to be picked up.
KOMEHYO offers pickup service by Sagawa Express.
Please be sure to make arrangements by the pickup application deadline. Please make arrangements as soon as possible as there may be delays due to weather or traffic conditions.
Procedure for arranging pickup
STEP1 Apply for pickup from the listing screen.
Click on "Request for Pickup" from the auction screen where you have registered your item for sale.
STEP2 Enter pickup information
下記項目を指定・確認してください。
・集荷希望日（22時までの申請で翌日集荷が可能）
・集荷希望時刻
・個口数（梱包の段ボール数）
・集荷対象の箱番号（申込箱番）を選択してください
・集荷先住所を確認してください
Deadline for pickup
The deadline for pickup is set for each auction.
After the deadline, you will not be able to request a pickup.
Please check the latest deadline from the right banner of the portal site "Check the schedule in progress" or "Auction Monthly Schedule".
⚠ If the deadline has passed, please contact the Secretariat.
Whether or not to include each item in the shipment
If you are bundling multiple items, please pack them in a manner that clearly identifies the auction item(s) and the item(s) being auctioned.
If you are bundling auction items from different weeks, please make sure that they are clearly identified.
About the box number for pickup target
◎After registering as an exhibitor, you can check the box number of your application in the company's exhibit list.
◎Because pickup is arranged by box number, please be careful not to specify the wrong box number.
