・下見前日の18:00以降は、下見/入札用のリスト作成が行われる為、商品情報の変更は受付できません。
Prepare an exhibit bid
Please confirm the "Application Box Number" and "Branch Number" from the "List of Our Listings", fill in the information on the tag, and attach the tag to the item.
Please be sure to install the exhibit tag for each item.
Packing and Shipping Preparation
Packaging
Please pack items carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
◎When packing multiple items, please use cushioning material to prevent the items from touching each other to ensure that damage is prevented.
◎Individual packaging is recommended for fragile items such as watch and jewelry.
Shipping Method
You can request a free pickup of your items (at our expense) by clicking on "Request for Pickup" at the top of the item information registration screen. Once you complete the pickup request, the delivery company (Sagawa Express) will visit your designated address on the specified date and time. No slip is required.
If you need to change the pickup date and time, we are unable to do so due to our system. Please contact the nearest sales office.
Please note: If you are bundling multiple items, please pack them in a way that clearly identifies the auction/item you are selling.
If you are bundling auction items from different weeks, please make sure that they are clearly identified or contact us in advance.
