We have two staff members who check the items received from our customers and add defects and information in detail.
In addition, for operations that cannot be confirmed by the images, we describe defects in writing, such as "batteries torn" and "Not working." This allows our customers to bid on our products with confidence online.

About preliminary inspection
KOMEHYO Auction holds actual preliminary inspection for all products.
Antique watches are very popular at auctions, but the condition greatly affects the evaluation. When considering antique items, please participate in the actual product preview and check the condition.
Even if it is not convenient for you to participate in the preliminary inspection, please do not worry because we will open the back cover of the antique item and post a picture of the internal machine if possible.

Quartz watch with batteries torn are recommended to be listed in working condition with batteries replaced if possible. watch that cannot be confirmed to be in working order may result in a lower evaluation and possible post-negotiation after the sale is concluded. Online previews will be judged by photos, so please remove any dirt, etc. as much as possible before displaying the item, as it may lead to a lower evaluation. Even Not working or damaged items can be exhibited. However, it is necessary to fill in the item details.
