We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature that allows bidders to use Excel files for bulk registration, making the process even more convenient.
By uploading a dedicated Excel file, you can save your “bid amounts,” “favorites (☆),” and “notes” all at once to your “Cart.”
Please feel free to use this feature when reviewing and considering a large number of products.
■ Key Features of the New Functionality
Bulk Registration Available
You can enter “Bid Amount,” “Favorites (☆),” and “Notes” in Excel and save them all at once to your “Cart.”
It will first be saved to your "Cart."
*Please note that [the actual bid has not been placed] at the time of upload.
Your entries are saved in the cart, so you can review them one last time before placing a bid.
■ Instructions for Use
[STEP 1]
Download the dedicated Excel template from the top of the online auction site.
【STEP 2】
Enter the required information—such as “Bid Amount,” “Favorites (☆),” and “Notes”—into the downloaded Excel file, then upload it via the website.
【STEP 3】
Check the “Cart” on the online auction site to confirm that the uploaded information has been reflected.
*After verifying the details, proceed to the actual bidding process from the Cart screen.
■ Effective Date of Changes
Effective with the October 28 auction [Bidding period: Friday, October 23, through Tuesday, October 27, at 5:00 p.m.]
■ Important Notes on Use
You must create and upload (register) an Excel file for each product. Please note that you cannot upload multiple products at the same time.
★ Your bid will not be finalized at the time of Excel upload, so please be sure to complete the bidding process via the “Cart.”
